Question: What's your warranty period?
Answer: The warranty period is 1 year or 1000 running hours whichever comes first. But for some special projects, we will extend our warranty period.
Question: Do your generators have global warranty?
Answer: Yes, most of our products like Cummins, Perkins, Doosan powered generators enjoy the global warranty service. And the alternators we use like Leroysomer, Stamford, marathon, also enjoy the global warranty service.
Question: Do you accept OEM/ODM service?
Answer: Yes, definitely. We provide OEM/ODM service.
Question: What's your payment terms?
Answer: We accept T/T, 30% in advance, the balance 70% before shipment, or L/C at sight, L/C deferred or west union.
Question: What's your delivery time?
Answer: Normally our lead time is 15-25 working days.
